Meet Leading Business Coaches and Mentors
Lisa Kirchenbauer and Phil Dyer
I’m Phil Dyer and I’m passionate about supporting successful entrepreneurs who are not yet living the life they truly want to live and helping you break through the time/money wall so you can transform your business while reclaiming your life.
I like to share that I’ve combined my leadership lessons from the United States Military Academy at West Point and the growing tidal wave of the “global business shifts” to co-create the Total Business Transformation Tuscany Retreat and support the conscious business revolution.
My experience combines 24 years of military, corporate, small business and non-profit experience with an unquenchable thirst to understand – and leverage – the incredible forces of change sweeping through U.S. and International business as we move from an adversarial “I win by you losing” model to a far more dynamic structure of co-operative and collaborative capitalism.
I’ve delivered over 575 financial and business education speeches (most in a paid capacity), have over 100 by-lines in major magazines over the past 7 years and was recognized as the MVC (Most Valuable Contributor) by 300 small business peers of the Garrett Planning Network in 2008 for marketing and business building innovations.
Plus, I’m a Certified Financial Planner, Registered Life Planner and Certified Life/Business Coach (CPCC). I share this only to illustrate some of my expertise and honestly what I’m most excited about are the results I get for clients and the fact that I’ve incorporated the Total Business Transformation Techniques in my business and have created a lifestyle that supports my family.
As a small business owner I trust Phil’s balance of supportive coaching style combined with upbeat and sound advice. He has helped me with clarifying my long term business vision and the confidence I need to keep moving in that direction.
My assessment business has grown over the last 6 months; much of my successs is related to Phil’s coaching and the tremendous resources he provides. He has an amazing ability to share just what I need in order to get to the next level both personally and professionally.
Krista Wells, Ph.D. Wells Consulting Services, LLC
I’ve been in the financial services business for 25 years and continue to thrive despite the challenges & turmoil. I’ve successfully run my own business for 11 years. A Certified Financial Planner®, a Kolbe Certified Consultant and a Registered Life Planner®, I’m also a trainer and mentor for the Kinder Institute of Life Planning, and affiliated advisor for the Sudden Money Institute. Publications such as Kiplinger, Money, Investment Advisor and The Washington Post, MSNBC.com have quoted me.
Plus I’m a regular contributor to the Financial Planning Association Consumer website, the proud author of two articles for the ‘Solutions’ publication of the Financial Planning Association and I’ve been a regular guest on Retirement Living TV, and various other media outlets, often speaking about the marrying of money and meaning. Recently, I co-authored an article on “Sex & Money: Tackling the Taboos” with Sarah Janosik which helps explain the overlap in sex- and money-related challenges in relationships and how to overcome them.
My greatest success lies in being the working mother of 3 school-aged boys (including 8-year-old twins), and wife to an early retiring husband. This past summer we took 5 weeks away from the business to travel as a family across the United States.
Together we’re excited to lead you through your Total Business Transformation Tuscany Retreat and we cannot wait to learn more about you, your life and your business.
‘My name is Jeremy, a Certified Financial Planner from the UK and director of Planning for Life Ltd. I have known Phil since 2004 and Lisa since 2007, meeting them through our joint work with an institution devoted to life planning and personal development where they played a key role in helping to bring about a new direction for the organisation.
I was, and remain, deeply impressed by the way Phil and Lisa helped to turn around a deteriorating situation. They took the initiative to bring about change and demonstrated a deep drive and an ability to move key players forward by helping them to develop an understanding of where they were and what needed to be done in their personal and professional lives to get back on track. Key to their success was the ability to see the big picture, to think strategically and to turn the intellectual process into action by dealing with the resistance of the other members of the organisation.
Phil and Lisa work exceptionally well together. They are a powerful team, able to bring about change in people and organisations, not by imposing solutions but by helping others to see their own situation and potential in an empathic, supportive way. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing help in moving onto the next stage of their lives and indeed to any entrepreneur looking for true success in their business. ’

What people are saying about Lisa and Phil
‘Phil Dyer has helped my ability to learn from people who have completely different backgrounds and attitudes than I have. As an internationalist, I share his love of Europe. As a left handed vegetarian who lives on a mountain out West, well, my background couldn’t be much more different than Phil’s.
The best thing about Phil as a teacher is that he listens to suggestions, and incorporates them in his training, sometimes within 24 hours. He understands that constant improvement comes from sharing ideas. The other best thing about Phil is that no one has more energy or love for their work. People like Phil are true gems.’

‘Total Transformation? New territory for most of us. Who will escort you to the other side, through the rough terrain of your personal experience and self-imposed limitations? Who will deliver you safely to that place of personal freedom? Lisa Kirchenbauer, of course.
Lisa has that rare combination of leadership skills that will get you to your “Finish Line” fast. Trusted and true, she’s done it for me and she’ll do it for you. Integrity and compassion, inspiration and personal experience with success are must-haves in my guide, and Lisa has them in abundance. Got follow-through?
Lisa does! (It’s her secret weapon. She doesn’t know I know).
Lisa is more than a guide…. She’s a guiding light. She looked ahead through my darkest business path, shone her light, and led the way. Reasons I couldn’t? She just said no. Lisa will get you there more easily and naturally than you ever imagined —- and with your integrity intact. Lisa will keep you there, too. Lisa Kirchenbauer. Don’t leave your old life without her!’

‘I have worked with Phil Dyer for more than 6 months and have loved the results that he has helped me to generate. I can always count on Phil to offer immediate, sound, effective solutions to whatever my challenge is at the time.
As a speaker and coach, I find the most valuable and concrete way to learn is through experiential exercises. My biggest growth & development has often come from these types of live experiences. Book learning is important and live experiential learning is so much more effective and gets bigger results. When I chose to work with someone, I choose people who have high integrity and walk the talk. Phil is that & more! Thanks Phil!’
‘Phil Dyer is that rarest of professionals: capable of touching people at a deeply spiritual level, and equally capable of motivating them with concrete advice, plans, and “tough and tender love.
Phil combines boundless energy with keen intuition, the ability to connect effortlessly and authentically with others, and deep curiosity and genuine interest, to guide people in uncovering and pursuing their most heart-felt goals and desires. I have seen his vision and focus for his work emerge over the years I have known him. In a word, he is unstoppable. His goal is to help each client become unstoppable in pursuit of a rich, conscious, and contributory life.
I am delighted at Phil’s commitment and drive to help fellow entrepreneurs discover and fan the flames of their unique gifts and personal brilliance, and go for it. I am honored to call Phil Dyer my friend and colleague. ’
