Whether you are a financial planning/services business or not, this article that I recently published with the Financial Planning Association’s Practice Management Solutions magazine might help.
What It Really Means to Run Your Practice Like a Business
We’re hearing from a variety of expert coaches and consultants that you need to “run your practice like a business.” It’s time to talk more specifically about what that really means and how you can make it happen.
Until you have an idea of the kind of business you are running and would like to run, it’s hard to be truly successful.
Often, as entrepreneurs, we get into a business based on something we are good at, never quite realing that we ARE a business owner now, and that requires some additional thinking and strategy. Some strong details that you’ve made in this article, although I don’t go along with all of them they are appropriate.
Great articles & Nice a site….

My personal expenses are in dire need of a examination and you’ve helped.
It appears that you have put a whole lot of hard work into your site and I want more of those on the net at this time. I really got a kick out of your post. I don’t genuinely have much to voice answering, I merely needed to remark to your brilliant work.
